Employment Type: Full-time, Hybrid (Bellingham office/ home office)
rTHREAT is a fast paced start-up cyber security evaluation company specializing in breach and attack
emulation. We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO in daily operations. The Executive
Assistant is trusted with complex duties and sensitive information. Outside of general administrative
duties, the Executive Assistant will oversee the CEO’s email and respond to messages in an extremely
prompt timeframe. You will be anticipating needs and proactively solving problems. Think fast, make
good decisions and build trust along the way. Other duties may include scheduling meetings, taking
meeting minutes, maintaining databases, producing reports and presentations for the Executives.
The Executive Assistant will not only work with the Executives, but also with other internal and external
members and clients of rThreat. Due to the start-up nature, there may be several high-priority tasks
with tight deadlines and that will be handled by the Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant position
is a hybrid position and will require 2-3 days in the Bellingham office, the rest of the working time can be
completed at home.

Responsibilities:
● Respond to emails and messages in a timely manner
● Schedule meetings and appointments
● Format information for internal and external communication: emails, presentations, reports
● Take minutes during meetings
● Making travel arrangements
● Basic Administrative Duties
● Maintain and improve current filing and database Requirements:
● Whatcom resident (Bellingham preferred)
● 2-3 days in Bellingham office
Skills and Qualifications:
● Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
● Experience balancing multiple calendars and time zones
● Strong time management
● Ability to work with little to no supervision
● Ability to learn quickly
● Ability to Multitask
● Strong self-direction
● Excellent written and verbal communication
